Compliance Administration

Government regulation related to the hiring and evaluation process has created significant risk for organizations and HR departments. The EEOC and the FTC both have significant roles in establishing compliance policies which companies must adhere to. BIB continuously monitors individual State and Federal legislation, interacts with legislators and authorities in the industry, and employs leading FCRA legal counsel to fully understand and assess the ever-changing legislative landscape. This strategy allows BIB to forecast evolutions in the industry and provides our clients, vendors, and staff with up-to-date tools, information, and training necessary to fulfill their obligations under law.

Adjudication Administration

BIB can help organizations mitigate risk and improve the continuity of their decision making process through the use of our Adjudication Administration services. Additional functionality is also available to those organizations that want to control the access of information available to their representatives.

As an alternative to having your adjudication performed by a BIB specialist, a web-based module is available through Aegis 4.0. This tool can provide the necessary tools to help you perform adjudication administration in-house.

Adverse Action Administrator

Eliminate the challenge of manually performing the multi-step letter and report distribution through the use of BIB's Adverse Action Administrator. From our secure mailing facility, BIB's Adverse Action generates and mails FCRA letters directly to applicants on your organization's letterhead. As required by law, included with the preliminary adverse notice are specific instructions for disputing the accuracy of the information, a copy of the applicant's Consumer Report, and a copy of "A Summary of Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act".

Additional tools are available through Aegis 4.0 that show what letters have been mailed and the status of applicant disputes.

I-9 and E-Verify Compliance

BIB's I-9 system provides organizations with a modern solution to electronically manage U.S. employment eligibility verifications.  Specialized tools are available within Aegis 4.0 to help fulfill eligibility verifications, adjust and track form changes, upload supporting documentation, and access I-9 forms from a secure, centralized on-line management system.

Federal and State governments now require many companies to verify employment eligibility through the Federal E-Verify System. As an authorized Department of Homeland Security (DHS) designated agent, BIB's proprietary integration offers a seamless solution for processing your applicants through E-Verify.
