Our websites collect the name of the domain from which you access the Internet and the site from which you came. This information is used for internal analysis only and helps us improve the content of our websites.

BIB does not sell or rent personal information to third parties and will not disclose your personal information to a third party without your permission, except in connection with performing your background screen for our client.

BIB also may in good faith disclose personal information and any other pertinent information available to it for any of the following purposes: the investigation, prevention or taking action regarding actual or alleged illegal activities or fraud; situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person; in response to or defense of subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; otherwise comply with applicable law.
